We tried the Z-13 escape room in San Dimas and had a blast! It was definitely challenging—we had to ask for lots of clues—but we made it out with just 5 seconds to spare. We were a party of 3 kids and two adults (kids' ages 8, 10, and 13), and the kiddos loved the zombie theme. It wasn’t too spooky, just the right amount of Halloween fun for them. Pandora’s Box at Trapped Escape Room San Dimas was an amazing experience! The puzzles were clever, the atmosphere was immersive, and our game master, Rowen, was super helpful. The puzzle was challenging, but Rowen was a big part of the experience and added a lot of color (and guidance) to the game. I highly recommend this room for a fun and challenging adventure with friends or family. I’ve already booked another room.

My daughter, her friend, and I had an absolute blast at this escape room! From the moment we walked in, the energy was high and the atmosphere was exciting. Our game master, Jack, was AMAZING — energetic, engaging, and hilarious from start to finish. He really set the tone for the experience and made us feel completely immersed in the game. The puzzles were clever and challenging, but not so hard that they became frustrating. We had to think creatively and work together, and Jack’s enthusiasm made the whole experience even more fun. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and that kind of passion really makes a difference. We left with huge smiles, lots of laughs, and a ton of great memories. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, exciting, and unforgettable experience — and if you can, definitely try to get Jack as your game master!
My friend and I went to Trapped for my first escape room! We were both nervous that it wouldn't be fun with just two people, but we were pleasantly surprised. It was the perfect level of difficulty for just two people. We did Pandora's Box and had Jack as our game master. He was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! The whole experience was so immersive, and Jack was great at helping us through the room and getting us to laugh. 10/10 would come here again, especially to have Jack run the room!!
This was our third visit to Trapped Escape Room. We had previously gone to the location in Upland twice, and today we visited the one in San Dimas. The San Dimas location is much nicer than the Upland one. We played the game Operation X-13, and it was so much fun! I took my grandsons and two of their friends, all of whom are between 16 and 17 years old. They were fully engaged, and every moment was filled with suspense. I had a great time just watching them use their reasoning skills to solve all the clues. One of the employees, named Jack, did an excellent job setting the stage and keeping the game moving forward. We have had fantastic experiences each time we've visited, and I would highly recommend Trapped Escape Room!
