Wonderful place to shoot. The employees are really nice and saw how well they handled a non English speaking, 0 gun trained customer who couldn't do something as simple as unloading a firearm, even after he kicked their door open for not being allowed in very curiously an employee walked out and told him he's banned for kicking their door like that, I personally would've slapped someone for kicking my business door open like that, The guys kept their cool. Other than that the place has ammo and a bunch of guns to rent, fair warning you need 2 be at least 2 people to rent a gun and know basic gun manipulation like unloading a gun, keeping your finger off the trigger and not pointing it at anyone unloaded or not. Anyways you can't find a better place to shoot pistols in So-cal thats indoors, trust me Ive been to all of them. Anyways definitely worth checking out
Im from the UK and have family in Burbank. I took the Saturday morning gun class which was great as i wanted to learn and have confidence. Then i became a member so I could attend the range on my own I went most nights for 3 weeks. Very friendly and safe place. I hope to get back before my 1 year membership ends. I believe the prices are good I used all their equipment as obviously I cant own my own.

I’m a happy member at Firing-Line Burbank and brought my wife here for her very first range experience today. She wasn’t exactly sold on the whole “fun date activity” idea once the guy in the next lane started rattling off shotgun blasts that even made me jump. She decided to sit it out, but the Range Master checked on her, suggested doubling up with ear plugs under her earmuffs (something I should’ve thought of, rookie husband mistake), and made her comfortable enough to give it one more try. She fired a single round from my Shield, said “nope, not for me,” and went back to the seating area. Fair enough. I went on to turn about 200 rounds into brass, and when we wrapped up, the Range Master didn’t even charge me for her lane time or the extra plugs. That’s the kind of customer service and attention to people’s comfort that keeps me coming back. Firing-Line gets a bad rap sometimes for being strict, but honestly, that’s just because they take safety seriously, which is exactly what you want at a range. As a member, I couldn’t be happier with the staff, the professionalism, and the overall experience.
On my first visit to this establishment, I was impressed by the exceptional experience I had. Arriving on a Monday morning, five minutes prior to their official opening, I found myself in a queue. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and efficient, promptly assisting me with the check-in process and I was able to start my session within a minute. I was using a brand-new firearm that had not yet been lubricated. One of the staff members, Robert, demonstrated remarkable assistance in lubricating the firearm and resolving several other jams. He was consistently patient, friendly, and helpful with absolute positive energy. The range itself was meticulously maintained, ensuring a clean, structured, safe and regulated environment. The staff members were equally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this establishment and anticipate returning for future visits. I extend my sincere gratitude to Robert for his exceptional support.
I just left this establishment & was initially hesitant to come here after reading some reviews, especially since I just became an armed security officer and was looking for a range where I could practice regularly and choose the right location. However, I’m glad I gave it a shot! I was able to bring my own ammunition and had fun firing 150 rounds with my .45 Caliber The employees were respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. Despite the range being busy, the wait time was reasonable, which to me is a great sign—it means people trust and frequent this place. Pricing was fair for both targets and ammunition, making it a solid choice for regular practice. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
