Fantastic venue, excellent host and a fun day. Booked for 5 teenagers for my son's 13th Birthday party - and they all had an amazing time.

Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made within 7 days of your game date are strictly non-refundable. For bookings outside this 7-day window, a 50% refund is available upon cancellation. A full 100% refund is only guaranteed if the booking was made at least 14 days in advance and cancelled within 24 hours of the booking. All cancellations must be submitted via email. Please note that if UK Paintball cancels due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond their control, no refund will be offered, but alternative dates will be provided. Changing your event date requires 20 days' notice and incurs a £20 administration fee. For groups of 50 or more, a 50% refund is only possible if cancelled at least 3 months prior to the event.

Day started with the location not as specified on Google Maps, Then given the wrong amount of paintballs, having to speak to three members of staff until this was resolved. Gamemaster would give one set of rules to begin with, then the marshalls would change the rules in the game, making it feel as if it was being made up as it went along. Teams were uneven at times A lot of coursers were broken, steps to platforms broken, unattainable areas due to damage which had to be sectioned off. Day was booked to end at 4pm, despite having paintballs left we were advised at 2pm to "Shoot out the remaining paintballs". Only redeeming factor of the day was, some of the marshals friendliness, knowledge on gun fixes and the game master knowing how to make the game fun. Not a hello, goodbye or thank you by staff either.
Great fun! Great place for a birthday party! Such lovely staff, from the booking stage received excellent support in choosing the right package and providing helpful information. On the day of our visit Charlotte was fun, friendly and her colleagues also made the day entertaining and our boys were well looked after. We inevitably had some kids a bit bruised from paint-balling but were treated very well by the site manager who was the first aider and soon got them feeling better and ready for the next game. Look forward to returning back!
