Sherlock: Escape Rooms
This official Sherlock Holmes escape room experience in London offered intricate mysteries and challenging puzzles across iconic sets, guided by original cast members. Beyond the thrilling escape games, it featured The Mind Palace, a themed speakeasy bar with unique cocktail experiences and afternoon tea. Unfortunately, the venue has ceased trading and is permanently closed, with all future operations suspended.
Escape room newbies, so not sure how it compares with others ! I was expecting a little more ? (excitement) ? .... We are all reasonably 'bright' ... but found it almost impossible to fathom some of the activities, until given further clues. Maybe if we were 'Escape Room Experts' we would have been more 'experienced' ? We were only a group of 3. We didn't solve the last room. Maybe would have been 'easier' with a larger group ? To be fair, their booking system does try to encourage small groups to combine with another 'small' group. If I was to go to another escape room, I think I would opt to join another group ... more people, looking for the clues !
Really fab experience from start to finish. The staff were great and really welcoming, they were very n character from the get go. Games were really good and were of different levels of difficulty. One of the best escape rooms I have had the pleasure to take part in. Would highly recommend.

Bookings for this live event were final. Once confirmed, refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling were not permitted. Late arrivals were not eligible for a refund or rescheduling, as the experience would proceed as scheduled. It was essential to arrive on time as no-shows or latecomers would not be accommodated.

Very enjoyable experience from start to finish. I liked how they lean into the “secret” government agency from the moment you sign up by having you state a specific phrase at a medical office fronting for the agency. We were paired with another couple that we had never met before, so be aware that this could be a possibility, but had a wonderful time with them working through the various rooms in our attempt to foil Moriarty and his plans. Puzzles required a good amount of teamwork but were not so difficult you felt you couldn’t make progress. If you took too much time, clues would sometimes be provided through video or audio hints by Sherlock or other characters. At the end, you are able to visit the speak easy where you can enjoy a number of different drinks (and possibly food? We didn’t eat). This experience is highly recommended if you enjoy escape rooms, Sherlock Holmes, and definitely if you enjoy both.
We've been here for the afternoon tea. It was good, although I would have liked more an larger scones. There is also a logic challenge to solve that will give you some extra food as a prize. The staff was friendly and they played a very convincing role. It was a different and fun afternoon tea experience.
Really great experience! And an excellent birthday gift. Very immersive, staff were friendly and the clues were helpful! I loved the secret cover up of an opticians, it created a sense of mystery 🔍
