Mel was a great organizer, we had such a blast. I was scared at first but it's so fun and immersive, great suprise birthday gift!
It is extremely common to pay for a service nowadays & for that service to be average + the customer service to be non-existent. With GoPaintball, it was the complete opposite. The paintball experience was of course incredible but I cannot stress enough how amazing the team are. Every single member went above & beyond to ensure we were looked after from A-Z & they actually cared about our entire experience. It could have been very easy for them to simply put us on the field & do a half-baked job on the customer service side of things but they didn’t - they left no stones unturned & we had an amazing time as a result. Massive thank you to Mel, Kalvin, Liam, Carter & Zack who looked after us for the day & made it worth remembering. In addition to this, a big thanks to Amy for helping arrange the event itself. Can’t speak highly enough of the team - thanks again guys!

I went for my 18th birthday we were a group of 9 with some people having played before and having not. We were accommodated for and helped through the whole process with it being friendly to those who had not played before and we had the hang of it within 1 game with the help of the staff and their knowledge Heads up for anyone who goes and does not know what to expect I was extremely trigger happy on my first game and would highly recommend to any new players to go all out and buy a sniper upgrade and the max amount of bullets as you will go through many more then you expect I averaged around 400 a game but only played 6 as I was not expecting to spend so much money but it was worth it and next time I go I will be prepared One member of staff in particular Mel was very welcoming and helpful to me and me friends she answered all our questions and even let me and my friend shoot my left over paintballs at the end of the session You could tell the staff cared about our experience through the whole day and I will be recommending to all of my friends
Fantastic day at Go Paintball with my 13 year old son. We have done paintball before at various sites but this is by far the best we have been to. The staff are absolutely excellent, really friendly and welcoming right from when we pulled into the car park. Great facilities and varied battlegrounds and you get a much longer day than some other sites. Also pizza delivered in for lunch is great. Mel ran our day, briefed everyone and kept checking in with us, coming to say hello to everyone and seeing how everyones days were going. We would definitely highly recommend and will be back
We have just returned home from my daughters laser tag birthday, I have two kids my eldest is 11 years old so I have been through a lot of these types of birthdays and I have to say that this has been the best organised and ran. From the moment I enquired the team were so helpful, polite and accessible, they set up a what’s app chat so it’s easy to ask questions, they are very responsive during normal working hours. We originally booked paint balling then changed our minds to laser tag, the whole change was easy and no hassle at all. On the day the girls had the best time, everything was so smoothly ran, staff are so friendly, toilets clean! The staff are well trained and well mannered knew exactly what was going on, no clueless looks or answers when I had questions, not the usual type you’d expect at children party venues….The sweet cones I had ordered as a party favour didn’t arrive in time but they had some there which were cheaper and had different dietary options, totally saved me!! All in all a great experience, I think i know where my youngest is having her next birthday party…..! Thank you so much!!
