Very disappointed with the whole experience, waste of money, We went there as group of six and been forced to play against other team of 10 as they were and I quote pain in the ass and throwing a fit about being split up into two groups. Didn’t follow any rules nobody cared we’ve complained multiple times and just been ignored. We ended up leaving after second game and loosing money. Very badly run we’ve still got six tickets left but will not use them we wouldn’t go back. Very disappointed waste of what was supposed to be good fun day with friends 😥

Booking & Cancellation
Delta Force Paintball bookings are generally non-refundable. The only exception for a refund is in the case of a bereavement of an immediate family member within seven days of the event, upon providing a death certificate. For no-shows, prepayments and paintballs are forfeited, though credits may be carried forward for a future visit depending on booking status. In the event of extreme weather or other Force Majeure circumstances preventing the event, Delta Force Paintball will issue a credit for the full booking value, valid for a future booking, instead of a refund.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. The paintball experience was fun overall but i feel like the session had too many players around 30 or more for the game to be played properly as some of the players were not honest when they were shot. They did not raise their hands to signify they were out of the game, they would just carry on. This took some of the fun away from the games. I know this is not the staffs fault but I think it would be better for games to have a small amount of players 10 max so it can be played properly. Other than these points, everything was professionally from the safety briefing to the equipment provided.
I booked through Epic paintball, and I must say it wasn't clear what the payment needed was once at the paintball location. I looked at reviews regarding pricing issues and called them. Nancy was very professional and explained the costs, and cleared all my doubts. I was worried about the safety of kids and was advised to use mini paintball. It was a great recommendation from Nancy, and I could not thank her enough. Kids came back with almost no bruises. Overall, great customer service over phone. I must also say that the attire provided was clean and we didn't have any issues. This was another concern that came up after looking at reviews. Looks like it is fixed. The helmets are good, and it is very important that kids have them worn at all times as they can get very, very hurt if they remove them during the session. I will.take my kids again!
It was great fun for my 1st time. The service there was brilliant the manager was a good guy and Mia was excellent she love giving order, telling people what to do. I'd advise you to try it out. It's brilliant 🤣😂Thanks guys we had fun, and we are coming back again, especially for that guy who wasn't wearing no jacket 😀 💪🏾👊🏾
