Will definitely stay here again lovely hotel brilliant staff couldn’t do enough for you. It was my wife’s birthday as well and the concierge was great taking flowers up to our room and chocolates gratis all without my wife knowing. Great lobby loved all the titanic themed bits and pieces everywhere and information on the topic. Also managed to get a late check out free of charge 😎🤘🏽🫶🏽👍🏽. Brilliant stay. Thank you Titanic hotel and all staff

we had a lovely 3 night break here. Stayed in a Superior Corner. Views of the Mersey. You can walk to Liver building in 30 minutes. Lovely bright and airy room. clean and tidy. plenty of facilities in the room for tea and coffee, bottles of water. Toiletries provided. Friendly staff, great breakfast and evening meals in the Stanley Bar &Grill. A must for any Titanic buffet.

Stayed for 1 night. Food was outstanding, room service was very efficient. The spa was very popular but plenty of space for everyone. Loads of experiences to have. The rooms were enormous and had beautiful views. Very helpful staff during checkin. Breakfast was very tasty and had a wide range of choices.

Our previous three stays at the Titanic have all been amazing. The rooms were very different each time but with the familiar red brick, vaulted ceilings and massive windows overlooking the docks. The bar on the ground floor is a must do whilst staying, so relaxing despite being vertically vast. The breakfast is also gorgeous. Staff are super friendly and seem to be encouraged to bring their own personalities to work, which is great.

What a hotel!! The moment we arrived we fell in love with place and cannot recommend it enough from the friendliest staff, lovely food and amazing rooms! Saw so many poor reviews about dust in rooms but there is a sign in your room to inform you of this as it’s such a historic building it’s expected there to be dust due to the exposed brick work design so no complaints from us to enjoy the beauty of the building and there was hardly any dust anyways! We enjoyed the spa facilities and a massage which was thoroughly enjoyed and definitely recommend ! We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but the breakfast was so lovely, fresh and so many options. Overall our stay has exceeded our expectations with some of the reviews and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone and we definitely will be back! Thank you to the lovely staff despite an event at the hotel with a few celebrities staying at the hotel we were never treated any differently, rushed or made to move for them and treated us with professionalism and kindness.
