For pay-as-you-go classes, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance; no refund is provided for cancellations within 24 hours. Contact the center directly to cancel, as online cancellation is not supported for these sessions. Group bookings require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days before the event. A full refund is issued for group cancellations made 7 or more days in advance, processed back to the original payment card. Memberships can be cancelled at any time without charge by completing the online cancellation form before midday on the last day of the billing cycle to avoid the next month's fee. Membership privileges continue until the end of the current billing cycle, with no pro-rata refunds for early cancellation.

One of the best places for climbing. I highly recommend it. The music is really cool, the staff are friendly and attentive. The space is very atmospheric.
Good walls, awkward and varied leveling. The cave has the best wall sets with v levels (when they don't take them down). Friendly and helpful staff, one of whom is a canine. Shoe hire is available. Music is hit and miss. Can't buy a lucozade sport, only sell flavoured water and the likes. Never tried the food but it smells nice. It is too busy compared to what it once was. The car park gets very full.
Brilliant climbing gym. There is something for every age. They have a cafe that sells delicious food and drink. I always get a good workout here. You can rent shoes and equipment such as chalk and crash mats etc. There is also plenty of seating. There is also a small weights area that is accessible for 18+. There is also clean toilets and changing rooms. There are climbs for every skill level and the walls are constantly getting updated to keep it a good experience. Overall amazing climbing gym that you can’t go wrong with.
Easy and speedy induction. Friendly staff and was a great place to bring kids to introduce them to climbing. Plenty of space for all ages. There is also a fun slide in the children’s area for them to slide down once climbed to the top.
