To be honest, we have visited quite a few soft play facilities and this was the least enjoyable experience. The facility overall felt very run down and dirty. We spent our time in the toddler (under 3) area and a couple of different things were broken (the hopscotch light and the wooden wall puzzle) and a lot of the mats were visibly ripping/peeling, with the exposed floor underneath showing lots of dirt and dust. The walls behind the play enclosure were extremely dirty with big visible clumps of dust everywhere (see photos). In addition, although we were there during “toddler time” there were a lot of older kids running around in the under 3 area which just felt chaotic, unsafe and unorganized. I won’t return, but I do hope you can resolve some of these issues.
Love this playbarn for children. It's absolutely massive inside. Food isn't too bad. Prices are a but high but if you come after school hours on a weekday you get a child's meal ticket free with admission which is pretty handy and saves you some money. Ive visited multiple times and would happily return.

Crazy Town Aintree has a clear cancellation policy for both play sessions and party bookings. For advanced play session bookings, the full payment is non-refundable upon cancellation. However, customers have the option to reschedule their play session for a more suitable time. Regarding party payments, these are strictly non-refundable. If a party cannot go ahead as planned, Crazy Town will endeavor to offer an alternative date. Should an alternative date not be feasible, the party booking will be considered cancelled and void, with no refund issued. Additionally, if you pre-pay for children who do not attend a party, no refunds will be provided for those absent children. For online play session bookings, failure to attend means the payment is non-refundable, but rescheduling is always an option to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

Everything is great but overpriced compared to other play areas. £26 for two kids under 6 is a bit much. The under 3 section is ok but would have liked the 6 year old to have been allowed as it was just right for him. Coffee was nice. Can't comment on the food.
My child attended a party here last week. As an allergy mum of a child with multiple allergies I have never felt so supported. I was talked to with thorough precision asked about how severe the reactions of each were airborn/contact etc. I was taken into the kitchen (which was spotless) had a chat with the chef and shown all ingredients of everything she would eat. First class service lead by a lovely team member who understood fully ad she had allergies herself. This made a huge difference to us and our experience. The party was probably one of the best soft play parties we've attended. Very well organised. The play centre itself is clean and very well equipped. Would highly recommend.
Really enjoyed coming here. The play frame is very large and has multiple areas of play. There is a separate frame for toddlers under 3 and a zip line. There is plenty of running space for kids to burn off thier energy. There is also a suction machine which socks up soft balls into a bucket which opens up and drops the balls. The only negative point I have is that the food is quite expensive and the coffees were rather small for the price. All in all though, we had a fabulous time.
