Nationwide Paintball's cancellation policy states that all payments are generally non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your game date with a movement fee of £40, provided you give at least 72 hours' notice before your original booking. For Lasertag, a £25 fee applies with 48 hours' notice. If a refund agreement is reached for customer cancellations, a 50% refund (minus booking fees) is possible if cancelled more than 14 days prior to the event; no refund is given for cancellations within 14 days. If Nationwide Paintball cancels due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, your booking will be rescheduled, or a full refund will be provided. Players who do not attend on the day forfeit their payment and paintballs.
