J was super friendly and an excellent games host who really took the time to make sure our experience was 5 star! He explained the rooms well to us and took time to debrief with us after the game. It was so lovely to see that Locked In Games have such enthuiastic, helpful staff. Thank you!
This was my first experience in an escape room and my team did the hotel heist and it was AMAZING. From the second we walked in the door we were treated so well by staff, they were friendly and kind and really helpful explaining how the process worked, the room itself was bloody amazing we all absolutely loved it, will defo be trying other rooms and would defo recommend this place! ( Also free parking. Huge bonus!!)
We did one of the horror rooms and it was amazing. The person who briefed us on the different types of locks in the room and gave us the story line was amazing. Feel so bad I can't remember their name 💔 but they were ten out of ten. So proud the two of us made it out! Bryn and Lou x
