Visited Kanyu on 1st October 2021 to complete "Poacher's Compound". We took a group of 5 children aged 10-13 and they loved it! The puzzles were challenging but they were given just the right number of tiny hints when needed, enabling them to get the very best out of the experience. Excellent customer service from the moment of booking. Would recommend for adults, children or mixed parties as the hints were tailored to our needs. Fantastic - thank you, Kanyu!

Booking & Cancellation
Kanyu Escape has a strict no-refund policy once payment is made. However, they offer voucher codes for rebooking based on notice period. If you provide at least seven days' notice, you'll receive a voucher for the full booking. With at least 24 hours' notice, a voucher for one fewer player will be issued. For less than 24 hours' notice, the voucher will be for two fewer players. If individual members of a group don't attend, a credit voucher for one player will be issued. No refunds or vouchers are given for cancellations due to inappropriate behavior. In cases of force majeure, a voucher for a future booking will be provided. If Kanyu cancels for their own reasons (e.g., illness), you'll get a voucher or a full refund.

We've just completed the "Lightning in a Bottle" game and were blown away! Very clever puzzles that'll really challenge you and very well designed. We loved it. Can't wait to come back and try the others. Also was very COVID safe which was reassuring!
