Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations for booked experiences are generally non-refundable, as there is no statutory cooling-off period for leisure activities. However, you may be able to reschedule your booking free of charge if you provide more than 24 hours' notice, and the new date is within 30 days of your original booking, subject to the venue general manager's discretion. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if rescheduling isn't possible, no refund will be issued. In serious unforeseen circumstances, a voucher for the equivalent value, valid for 30 days, may be offered at the general manager's discretion. Table-only bookings can be refunded unless part of a special event.

I've been to Escape Hunt escape rooms so many times now and it's by far the BEST escape room experience I've ever had. The set up and themes are high quality, the puzzles are well though out with just the right amount of challenge. But most of all it's the friendly dedicated and passionate staff that make it a full experience. Huge thanks to our Game Master Robin who was simply brilliant, thank you again and see you next time.
We came as a family to play the Alice escape Room in memory of our Grandma whom we recently lost. She loved puzzles and adventure games of all kinds, before succumbing to mixed dementia in the later stages of her life. We absolutely loved the experience and Cheshire Davina was a fantastic host. We made it out in 48 minutes, but are sure our Grandma would have berated us for taking some clues 😂
