Booking & Cancellation
Kanyu Escape does not offer refunds once payment is made. For cancellations with at least seven days' notice, a voucher code for the full booking will be issued, allowing you to re-book at no extra cost. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, a voucher code will be issued for one fewer player to cover cancellation costs. For less than 24 hours' notice, the voucher will be for two fewer players. If individual members of a group do not attend, a credit voucher for one player will be issued. In cases of inappropriate behavior, no refunds or vouchers will be provided. Bookings affected by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) will receive a voucher code for a future booking. If Kanyu Escape cancels an event, you will receive a voucher or a full refund.

Amazing escape rooms, second time there and trying to work through them in sequence! The absolute best hosts, always so kind, patient and accommodating 😍
We went to the leopard people room. Had a great first experience in an escape room and would definitely recommend! We needed a few hints, as we were all first timers it is the correct rating and asked for help if needed, but managed to get through to the end and will be back to try out other rooms. The attention to detail was so well thought out that you feel you're in a completely different whold. Thank you so much.
