Came here for my daughter’s 12th birthday with a group of her friends. We did poachers escape which was an outside room which made it different. They loved the experience. Host was warm and friendly from start to finish and offered lots of hints and tips through game. Highly recommend!
The room we were in felt like indiana Jones. The puzzles were great and the effects were really good. We escaped with 6 minutes to spare

Kanyu Escape has a strict no-refund policy once payment is made. However, they offer voucher codes for rebooking under certain conditions. If you provide at least seven days' notice, you'll receive a voucher for the full booking. With at least 24 hours' notice, a voucher for one less player will be issued to cover cancellation costs. For less than 24 hours' notice, the voucher will be for two fewer players. If individual group members don't attend, a credit voucher for one player will be issued. No refunds or vouchers are given for cancellations due to inappropriate behavior. In cases of force majeure or company-initiated cancellations, a voucher or full refund will be offered.

We went to the leopard people room. Had a great first experience in an escape room and would definitely recommend! We needed a few hints, as we were all first timers it is the correct rating and asked for help if needed, but managed to get through to the end and will be back to try out other rooms. The attention to detail was so well thought out that you feel you're in a completely different whold. Thank you so much.
