We love Kanyu escape rooms - this was our third visit with our (adult) family. We did Lightning in a Bottle this time and it was definitely the most challenging!
The venue, reception, props and overall attention to detail are excellent, as are the hosts. They’re great at making the experience fit for the group and we enjoy their humour and hints when needed.

Was a brilliant escape room! There was 3 rooms to select so quite a choice. Bob there our host was lovely and made us feel at ease. Strange location but that adds to its charm and mystery. Highly recommend for an hour's fun with friends or family!

Booking & Cancellation
Kanyu Escape operates a strict no-refund policy once payment for a booking has been made. However, if you provide at least seven days' notice for a cancellation, a voucher code for a new booking at no additional cost will be issued. For cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice, a voucher code equivalent to one less than the number of booked places will be provided. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the voucher will cover two fewer players. In cases where individual members of a group fail to attend, a credit voucher for one player only will be issued. No refunds or vouchers are given for exclusions due to inappropriate behavior. For cancellations by the Company due to their own reasons (outside of force majeure), clients will be offered a voucher code or a full refund.

Best escape rooms I've done. The puzzles are unique and each room is so heavily detailed and well thought. Definitely recommend to anyone. The owners are very welcoming and know how to have a laugh.
We went with friends and our daughters in June and the puzzles were pitched just perfectly. We had a great time and the owners really made us feel welcome. I would recommend anyone who enjoys escape rooms to give this a go, and if you have never done one before they can make the puzzles as easy or as hard as you need. Really fun afternoon.
Came here for my daughter’s 12th birthday with a group of her friends. We did poachers escape which was an outside room which made it different. They loved the experience. Host was warm and friendly from start to finish and offered lots of hints and tips through game. Highly recommend!
