Booking & Cancellation
Break Free Escape Room Leeds has a strict no-refund policy for customer cancellations or no-shows. However, you can reschedule your booking without any additional cost if you notify them at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your booking will incur a £20 fee. In the rare event that Break Free cancels your booking, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. If an activity is partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund or rescheduling option may be provided. Refunds for card payments are processed to the original card, or by cheque if expired. Gift voucher payments are refunded with a replacement voucher.

Overall it was an amazing experience. Staff were very helpful and supportive but, the only thing you will need to take care is a freeze time, which should ideally be 5 mins but in our case it was 10 mistakenly. However, we were not able to solve any tasks for
We've been here twice, the first time we went for an Escape Room, The Iron Kingdom. Had an incredible time, a good balance between challenging and fun. Only one staff member, but he was a nice guy, helped us out alot. The second time, we did iCombat, which is meant to be Laser Tag with realistic gun mechanics. It was fun, but we came across a few problems which unfortunately made it difficult to enjoy to it's full extent. I do, however, still recommend checking this place out, decent prices and good activities. I just wish the service was a little more refined.
