So far so good. Customer service could be slightly better with some room for improvement. We were waiting for the staff to come in and tell us that the teens have to be with an adult in the shooting lanes but nope lol. I guess it's allowed as long as the adults are next to the teens I'm assuming. We do like the large glass for staff to look at the shooters. Place is pretty clean. Restrooms are clean. The range is good enough. It's no where near Coppenderos establishment but Marksman sure makes it possible to go shoot on a budget.

There are multiple lanes and nice open lobby but when you step into the range it is pretty narrow walk and the lanes are narrow as well. I would like to see this establishment update their facility. Primarily with some air conditioning or better ventilation. All the gas from everyone shooting is nearly at a stand still and I am constantly inhaling these fumes. I know that is a draw back from shooting guns but I want to shoot guns for a while and not worry about the fumes and my eye pro fogging up. I was sweating from what?...standing still, reloading my mags?...no joke. Other than that Thomas is a cool dude, you can talk to him just about anything especially suppressors. He recommended me a suppressor I had zero knowledge of and I basically did a blind buy on it because of his knowledge. I've bought a suppressor previously from another establishment and they do not compare to Thomas alone. I really appreciate you Thomas and your hospitality. Keep it up you will make it far in the industry.

Absolutely amazing experience. Great prices, great customer service, and of course, great guns! Nelson is the real mvp for giving me a crash course on gun safety and use. My first time over there but certainly not the last time. 5/5

Read a review saying this range is welcoming to tourists, so my son and I went along to check it out. We had a thorough induction with Nelson who made us feel very welcome and listened to all concerns. Tried out some pistols and had a great time. Went back the following week to try the long guns and had another great experience. We tried three different ranges on our trip and this was by far the best. I felt very comfortable and safe with the rules and could see them in action, which wasn’t always the case at the other ranges. If you are a tourist and want a proper experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Marksman and of course the wonderful Nelson! Sons best efforts below :)

Checked out this place with a couple of friends it was a really great experience. Came in as a complete novice and didn’t know much about what to do. The instructor with the pony tail (shout out to that guy) was very knowledgeable, interactive and funny; he was the highlight of the entire experience. He went into the range with us an ensured we were comfortable before leaving us to do our thing. Just wanted him to know we appreciated his guidance! (and to give him 5 stars and to show off my target lol)
