Completely unacceptable. New shooters with no experience were allowed on range with 0 instructions. They was no range officer supervising inside.
They were pointing their pistols around, with loaded mags and slide back. I was muzzled twice on five seconds from two feet away. She ignored my command, and forced me to personally intervene. She told her friend “relax it wasn’t loaded”. I kid you not.
When I complained they let her go on for several minutes before going in to talk to her.
If this range doesn’t improve basic safety instruction and supervison, it’s just a matter of time before worst comes to worst.
I will not be coming back.

So about 4 years ago I started building an AR but I really dont like how that term is thrown around. Well 2 weeks ago went back in to seriously discuss building a really nice rifle. We spent a few hours going over configurations, different rifling, rails, sights, caliber, can and settled on a build. It took about a week to get all the parts in. The gunsmsiths went to work doing their part and Ms. Maria walked me through the FFA paperwork and what was necessary. Well the rifle was finished this week. All I can say is wow!!! You pay for what you get. What an awesome rifle!!! Their knowledge, attention to detail. Quality of work. Dante's diligence being his first custom job, James the owner spending the time with me to really go over it all and then asking me if I was happy when I saw it? That happened because of the way this build looks not just anyone would know what they are looking at. I spent a lot of time reading and getting educated on what I really wanted and even now they know I want a upgrated chamber and bolt which has to be left handed. When they start producing this particular product again we will make that change. What is in it now shoots incredible already. Fired it for the first time last night. Right out of the build I am able to have a near perfect grouping on the target and was able to move my shots around. I have to get used to this rifle but all I can say is this. IF you want something incredible to be built, undertand it costs a few bucks these are the guys you want to see!!! What an incredible team of people for those of us who like guns as a hobby and sport!! Visit these guys. Talk to them, get to know them. If you want or need help or want something special they are the guys to do it!!!

Went to Full Armour Gun Range with friends — such a fun and awesome experience! Learned to shoot rifles and pistols, and they’ve got lots of options to try. The staff were super friendly and made it easy for beginners. Highly recommend!
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The first thing I said was that we knew nothing about anything to do with guns. Joseph replied, "Don't worry. We're all friends here. We're going to take care of you and get you started." Joseph made sure to go over gun safety and showed us how to load, hold, and shoot. He treated us with respect and was very patient in explaining everything to us. We also met their beautiful dog, I think his name is Gunner, who is very calm and friendly, just like everyone there. it was our first time handling any gun. We had a great experience!
Fully recommend this shooting range! All staff are very friendly and good gun selection. JOSEPH explained to me how the guns work, how to hold , load and shoot well. Very patient towards a beginner like me and great communication between us. Thank you! I had a lot of fun and definitely going back next time I'm in Houston!
