It’s great for the area, but I have to admit I’m not a fan of the arcade system. About 3/4 times we had our tapped the card for games that didn’t want to work and it definitely took the points. As well as this, each game being around 7.4 points is a little bit weird, couldn’t you make each game one point? And give the points less so it’s easier to make sense of? Just felt like after spending £40 on ‘points’ that we had been a bit scammed. lol. Still a nice hang out spot. You should bring back the waffle sticks though!
Experience was decent; however - we had a larger group and 3 people dropped out very soon after booking, tried to phone multiple times beforehand but would just ring out - spoke to the staff member in venue who was incredibly helpful and gave me an email to contact for a refund. Emailed them and they bluntly and rudely said no and it was part of their terms and conditions, and then in the same paragraph asked for the name of the staff member to "investigate". Would avoid.

I sent Level X what was probably the most ridiculous email they’ve ever received asking about the brand of a Halloween plush toy from one of their claw machines, all in the name of impressing a first date. Not only did they reply with good humour, they completely outdid themselves to become part of the love story. Honestly, it’s the most wholesome and hilarious customer service experience I’ve ever had. You don’t just go to Level X for the games, you go for the legends who run it. Massive thanks to the team, you’ve officially set the bar for customer service and romance in Glasgow, I genuinely wish you all the very best moving forward.
We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Romeo on our last day in Glasgow. I had a bit of issue with the bowling balls as I need smaller ones and he got me sorted immediately. If it wasn’t our last day, we would 100% be coming back just because of his service. Sound lad!
came in today had a few rounds on the bowling and played some games with my siblings and it was amazing. The amazing Nicole talked us through the arcade and explained how everything worked she was amazing and really helpful. Will come back again. Great games and great customer service
