Having been there previously few months back and played the crazy golf it was brilliant with the electric extras like not needing score cards and the little bonus scores along the way. However when yesterday and handed a score card thought nothing much about it till we started playing, with the electric scores not being setup you don't get the bonus scores along the way. It's a bit unreasonable that the staff do not make you aware of this when purchasing. Without the extras £60 is much too expensive because the bonuses scores are key to the game experience. Hopefully people are made aware in future of this...
I can’t comment on the rest of the venue as we didn’t play many games, but please do not waste your money booking the karaoke “room”. It’s basically a small metal container in the centre of the venue. It was extremely hot, there was a fan but it was doing nothing but blowing hot around. There was four of us, and if there was any more people it would have been extremely uncomfortable. We couldn’t really sing or dance because of the temperature, it just wasn’t enjoyable. Our mics were out of charge so we lost time having to go up to the staff and ask for charged ones. I will say the staff are very accommodating and helpful so no fault to them. It’s £30 per hour which goes by in a flash, there are better karaoke places around Glasgow that can offer much more comfortable conditions and better pricing for a longer time.

Booked in for bowling & mini golf for a birthday day out. Venue was great, staff very friendly & efficient. Only complaint being the pricing. Added on one extra game of bowling for two people - I was expecting around £10, but was actually £20. Drinks at the bar also on the steep side & total spend wasn’t far off £80!
Went to Level X for the hour karaoke slot and it did not disappoint. Fantastic value for money, the music is loud but so are the mics so you can hear yourself really well. The room is soundproof with a curtained window so you get complete privacy. I expected it be a little stuffy but they had 2 massive fans set up for air flow and comfortability. Noor introduced us to the booth and was so accommodating, friendly and clear with explaining how it all works. Would defo go back!
First time visit. Played pearl fishery. Tickets wouldn't go onto my card. Played ball drop and again the points wouldn't go on my card. Played a sonic game and yes again points wouldn't go on my card. Seemed to be a thing when I hit the jackpot on each machine. Three visits to the customer service desk. Staff were friendly but I dunno if I got the tickets I won or not or what they did to resolve it. Was all very confusing. Prizes weren't good and even after 3k plus there wasn't anything worth exchanging for. Might give it a miss next time.
