Booking & Cancellation
All advance bookings require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling a booking is solely at the management's discretion and depends on both the notice given and current availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the booking will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded. Under extreme circumstances, a credit note or refund may be issued at the manager's discretion. Please note that for party bookings, changes to group size must be notified 24 hours in advance, or the full amount for absent players may be charged.

Jess, Yasmin & Karis were amazing! They were attentive, welcoming and always ensuring everyone was having a great time (both young and older). They went over and above! Amazing crew! Definitely coming back again. They made sure it was the best bday ever!
We decided to come here as part of our works night it. We had an amazing time, staff are very friendly. Of course I came first 😉 Thank you guys 😀
Brilliant!! Loved it .... so did the kids. Very well organised. Great fun and well worth the money through a group on deal. Will be doing it again next week thats for sure. Oh and I came first ad the joker 🃏.
