Booking & Cancellation
Laser Quest Glasgow requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% for all advance bookings. If you cancel your booking, this deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling is at the management's discretion, subject to availability and notice; if rescheduling isn't possible, it's considered a cancellation, and the deposit is lost. In exceptional cases, a credit note or refund might be issued at the manager's discretion. Late arrivals who miss their game will not receive a refund. For party bookings, changes in group size must be notified 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the full amount for absent players may be charged.

Jess, Yasmin & Karis were amazing! They were attentive, welcoming and always ensuring everyone was having a great time (both young and older). They went over and above! Amazing crew! Definitely coming back again. They made sure it was the best bday ever!

Brilliant!! Loved it .... so did the kids. Very well organised. Great fun and well worth the money through a group on deal. Will be doing it again next week thats for sure. Oh and I came first ad the joker 🃏.
