What exactly is Escapology?

Escapology is the world's largest and fastest-growing escape room franchise. Your team will embark on a specific mission within a fully themed, private game room. During your thrilling 60-minute experience, you'll be immersed in a real-life adventure, discovering hidden clues, cracking codes, and solving challenging puzzles to escape before time runs out!

What should I expect during my visit?

You should plan for a total experience of about 90 minutes at Escapology. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. The game itself lasts 60 minutes, and afterward, your Game Host will debrief your team and take a complimentary group photo.

Can I exit the game room if needed?

While we encourage you to stay immersed until you escape, we understand if you need to use the restroom or leave for another reason. For your safety, all our rooms remain unlocked throughout the game, so you are free to exit at any time.

What if my group gets stuck during the game?

Don't worry! You can ask your Game Master for hints whenever you need them. They will be monitoring your progress from Mission Control and can provide nudges or guidance if you're having trouble solving a puzzle.

Are there options for large groups or events?

Absolutely! Escapology is perfect for large groups, including holiday parties, birthday celebrations, and team-building events. Please contact us directly to discuss how we can customize our event packages to suit your group's specific needs.

How do I go about booking a game?

You can easily book a game by clicking the 'BOOK NOW' button on our website. This will direct you to select your nearest Escapology location and choose your desired escape room. You can also call us if you prefer to reserve your game over the phone.

What happens if we arrive late for our booking?

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, our games begin precisely at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, you can still play for the remaining portion of your 60-minute session. We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes early to check in and prepare. Please note that we cannot offer discounts or refunds for late arrivals.

Are cell phones permitted inside the escape rooms?

You are welcome to use your cell phone in our lobby during check-in. However, before the game begins, we will provide a secure place for you to store your phones. To maintain the fun and integrity of our puzzles, photography and filming with cell phones or other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the escape rooms.

Amazing Experience Thanks to Zoe! We had the BEST time at Escapology Dallas Victory Park, and a huge part of that was thanks to Zoe! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome, excited, and completely at ease. Her energy is contagious, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Zoe was super knowledgeable, friendly, and gave just the right amount of hints to keep us challenged but never frustrated. She explained everything clearly and kept the vibe fun the whole time. The room itself was awesome, but Zoe’s hosting made it a 10/10 experience. If you’re heading to Escapology, ask for Zoe—you won’t regret it. She truly made our escape room experience great!

Genuinely immersive. Honestly felt like we were in the Yucatan inside the Lost City room. Puzzles were top tier and really made you think outside of the box, but they were also intuitive. It felt like an adventure and we're looking forward to our next room here!!!

My group had a lot of fun with for the birthday girl’s celebration. I’ve been to this location twice now and it never fails to have me entertained. We completed the room and plan to come back again. Kudos to Shakira and Courtney for helping us out and being our game masters!
