Red Door Escape Room's standard policy is non-refundable purchases. However, if cancellation protection is purchased, guests can receive a full refund or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before their reservation time. Rescheduling is also allowed for all bookings with more than 24 hours notice.

A very well done escape room. This was our second visit and each room was fun, challenging, and well organized. The hints were well done to the point they still gave you the opportunity to figure it out. We did the gift and it was multiple rooms to get through. Staff always friendly and thorough in their check in, intro, guidance, and conclusions. All the rooms here tie together so my family and I look forward to playing the rest of the games there.
