What are the age restrictions for playing?

Our VR Free-Roam experience requires players to be 13 years and over, with exceptions for 10-12 year olds accompanied by a playing adult for non-zombie games. VR Escape Rooms are mostly 12+, but we offer several games suitable for 6-10 year olds with an adult. Players under 16 need a guardian-signed waiver.

How do I book a game and what are the prices?

You can book VR Free-Roam Arena games or VR Escape Rooms by clicking the 'BOOK NOW' buttons on our website. The booking page will display available session dates, times, and game pricing. For large groups, you can book individually as long as everyone selects the same session time to play together.

What should I expect regarding motion sickness or walking into walls?

Our system is specifically designed to minimize motion sickness often associated with VR. We also have in-game safety features and a Game Master to prevent you from walking into walls, but it's important to always follow instructions.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made with 4-24 hours notice incur a $20 per person rescheduling fee. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 4 business hours notice, or no-shows, will result in loss of your booking and payment. Cancelled tickets will be credited to your Zero Latency account.

Are there any physical or health restrictions for players?

Players must be able to walk unassisted for an hour with full use of both hands. Individuals with epilepsy, severe hearing loss, broken limbs, or wheelchair users (for Free-Roam Arena) cannot play for safety reasons. It is also not recommended for those with heart conditions or who are heavily pregnant. VR Escape Rooms are wheelchair friendly.

How many players can participate at once and how long does it take?

Up to 8 players can join a VR Free-Roam Arena game, while VR Escape Rooms accommodate up to 6 players. Please allow approximately 75 minutes for VR Escape Rooms, including instruction and kit-up time. For Free-Roam Arena, games typically last for one hour. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your session start time for check-in.

Took my fiancé here for his 31st to play Outbreak (zombies) - I knew he would absolutely love it, but didn't think I would (being the scaredy-pants that I am), but I LOVED it! It was the coolest experience, so fun to do as a group. We will be planning our next one very soon.

I've been to Zero Latency in Gold Coast and had a blast playing outbreak. We went to the Birtinya one and it was unreal. Not only is it immersive and a heck load of fun for most ages depending on the game (we went for Far Cry VR). Whilst half an hour might not seem long, I can assure you that you'll be buggered at the end of the session. It's a fun way to workout, that's for sure. It was just the 3 of us for my girlfriend's son's birthday and I cannot tell you how much, that this is a MUST DO experience. Excellent staff, fair prices, ample parking and great facilities with the latest tech. A+++
