Where can I park when visiting?

Our building does not offer on-site parking. We recommend using nearby paid parking options at First Parking (53 Albert Street) or The Myer Centre, both of which provide special rates for evenings and weekends. You can also search for street parking on Alice, Margaret, Felix, Charlotte, or Mary Streets. A convenient drop-off zone is located next door at 61 Edward Street.

Are gift cards available for purchase?

Yes, gift cards can be purchased directly online through our website or in person at our location. These gift cards can be used to cover all or part of your escape room experience, and even for drinks and snacks during your visit.

What is the pricing for an escape room experience?

The cost for most of our escape rooms, including Asylum, Wine Cellar, Covenant, The Magician's Secret, and Death Row, is $48 per person. Our Cabin 13 experience is priced at $50 per person.

How can I book an escape room?

All bookings are processed through our easy-to-use online booking system available on our website. Simply select your desired room, date, and time slot to secure your experience.

What is your policy on cancellations and refunds?

If you need to cancel, any deposit paid is fully refundable or transferable to a different time slot, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your booking. For larger groups or corporate events, a 7-day notice is required for a full refund. To initiate a cancellation, please use our online contact form, selecting 'Cancellation' as your reason and including your original booking details.

Are there any age restrictions for participants?

Escape Manor welcomes guests of all ages, though some rooms might feature themes that are less suitable for very young children. Please note that for all groups aged 16 years and younger, written parental permission is required for participation.

What is the typical group size and duration for an experience?

Our escape rooms are designed to accommodate groups of 2 to 6 guests, with the possibility of a 7th guest upon special request. The entire experience, from check-in and instructions to the 50-minute escape challenge and post-game debrief, lasts approximately one hour.

Yesterday I visited Escape Manor for the first time with my sister and her partner. After yesterday’s experience, I am certain that we will be back in the near future. We did Cabin 13, which is one of the best rooms I have ever done. The live actress was incredible, and helped us out when we needed a hint. The room itself had some great puzzles, which were the perfect difficulty, meaning we could escape in time with some help from the actress. The staff were friendly, and were accomodating of me being in a wheelchair. 10/10, will be back soon.

Went here yesterday and it was probably the best escape room I have ever done - Cabin 13 was amazing and well worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this experience more! If you’re thinking about it - just do it, you won’t be disappointed

We absolutely love this, every single time we’ve been here has been incredible. Every member of staff is immersive and energetic and absolutely lovely. We especially loved our Chris (Pierre to us), they performed their role to perfection. Sometimes I forgot they were just an actor, everything from their mannerisms, voice, tone made it so much more immersive. So much fun !! We absolutely recommend this company.

I am a scaredy cat when it comes to escape rooms and was terrified of doing a room with a live actor. The live actor we had was wonderful! She still kept the scariness of the room but managed to make me feel comfortable enough in the room to still enjoy the experience with my friends. Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting a fun challenge with your mates where the staff listen to you and endeavour to make your experience as enjoyable as possible!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience! Came here with my aunty for her birthday and we chose the Asylum room. It was so fun! The game master was fully in character the whole time, which made the atmosphere incredible and gave us a heart attack😂 The room itself was challenging but absolutely hilarious to work through together. And the shots were delish! They have games you can play while waiting in the lobby too. Honestly, such a great vibe from start to finish, can’t recommend it enough!
