Booking & Cancellation
No refunds will be issued for booked sessions. Amendments to pre-booked sessions are accepted if the request is received at least 7 days prior to the original session date. Requests made between 7 days and 5pm the day prior to the session may incur a $10 administration fee. Requests made later than 5pm the day prior will incur a $40 administration fee. All amendment requests can be submitted via email to contact@puzzledroomescape.com.au, allowing for a 48-hour response time, or by phoning 0411 440 035 for urgent requests.

After a quick feud with the first two escape rooms, my genius allowed me to advance to the third room. The walls started to cave in and my expertise began to work quickly. I thought to myself: all these years of escaping rooms, this is easy work. I was wrong. The walls trapped me instantly in a vulnerable position, when two workers wearing latex gloves came and fingered my bootyhole. Enjoyable experience overall.
Look, it was fun, we enjoyed it! But, the overall experience was just slightly lacklustre. You don't get that 'from the moment you walk in the door it's an experience' kind of vibe. The puzzle (we did the Lab, 3 ppl) was a good level of challenging but we felt the storytelling wasn't quite engaging enough. Overall, it was fun, but I wouldn't rush back considering the quality of some other escape rooms both in the city and on the Gold Coast. We paid $115 for 3 people for reference.

The puzzles are clever, challenging, and rewarding, requiring solid teamwork to crack. You’ll definitely need a team to get through—we tackled it with four players and just made it in time! If you’re looking for a fun and brain-teasing escape room that keeps you thinking until the very last second, this one is well worth a try. Highly recommend!
