Good fun! There's a good number of themed escape rooms of different levels of difficulty, and a great variety of puzzles within each. The staff are friendly and helpful, and don't mind taking a couple of photos after your successful escape. We've done two rooms here, and each was set up well and worked perfectly (which is not an easy task: lots of locks and pieces to reset; it's so annoying to get halfway through a room and discover it hasn't been set up correctly or there's a bug in some trigger, which has happened to us at other escape rooms we've visited).
The location is a bit out of the way (upstairs and down a long twisty corridor), but it's worth it when you get there!

For any changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, no refunds will be issued. A $90 cancellation fee applies to late cancellations, with the remaining balance converted into a credit. If you reduce player numbers with less than 24 hours notice, a credit or gift card will be provided for the difference in value.

My Son attended a birthday party here last sat 17/05/2025. This was his first time doing an escape room and the Team at Red Lock rooms were so awesome in explaining it all to a cast of 9 and 10 year old kids. The service they offered and the approach in which they offer this service is of the highest quality and it made I know my kids experience really enjoyable. Not only the host for our Party who was Scarlett but also in speaking with the owner who was also there there was so much passion from the staff to ensure the kids had the best time ever. We are not from the north lakes area but we will be back as a family for sure to try out some of the escape rooms on offer.
My partner and I enjoyed the escape room, the girls who work here are super friendly and did a great job at explaining how everything worked. The only ‘issue’ was that I feel $50 per person is just too much money. My partner also mentioned something about him needing to pay a booking fee? when paying for the room online, which I think is unnecessary. We had an hour to do our room and again, the room was great (Aunt Annie Room), but for $100, it just seemed overpriced. I would say $25 a person is a good amount. Other than that, I do recommend. We did it as a date night and had a great time.
This was a good place. The escape room we did was well done. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is a little on the pricey side for what it is but it was a hour of fun.
