Went there for a first time escape room, and needless to say we weren't disappointed.
The games master was super chilled and friendly, and even let us record the whole experience via GoPro! Unfortunately, we didn't click the record button - but they sent us the footage of the whole experience via email!
Highly recommended - great puzzles and theatrics!
Puzzles encourage teamwork throughout the whole experience, and is an Ipswich must-do!

Cannot recommend Seraphim enough, we had such a great time, and that was before we even entered the room! Tara was an amazing host, fully engaging and just great to chat with. The room was a good challenge, with some head scratchers and down right hilarity from the missed key for something way too obvious 🤣🤣🤣
Absolutely loved our escape room experience. My 2 girls (aged 10) and I loved it. Fantastic friendly staff and an excellent brief prior, to what we can expect during our experience. It was a great teamwork building experience and fun at the same time. I look forward to booking another one in the near future. 😀
We enjoyed every moment of this experience. We were given a very friendly welcome from Kezia and her colleagues. The house is very interesting and detailed. The Santa's Cottage game was so much fun and the time flew by. We recommend Seraphim 100% 👌☺️
