Celebrated my son's 10th Birthday. We couldn't have enjoyed it if wasn't for our friendly party host CHARLOTTE! Answered all my questions, was super patient and all ten boys listened and followed her rules. All was very organised, fun atmosphere and worth what we paid for. I highly recommend celebrating birthdays at Kingpin Chermside, there is no need to follow the kids everywhere, sit back have a drink a bite to eat and it's all taken care of. 5tar!

For general online bookings, refunds are typically not provided unless mandated by Australian Consumer Law. However, you can change your reservation time with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability and price adjustments. For birthday party bookings, a full deposit refund is available if you provide more than 3 business days' notice. Cancellations made within 3 business days of the event will receive a credit instead of a refund. For larger social or corporate events, a full deposit refund requires more than 4 days' notice; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited, though the venue may offer to apply it as a credit for a future social booking.

We had an awesome birthday party here! The kids had so much fun. Everything was really well organized, and the two host girls were super caring and helpful. The team was great and really supportive – even had bilingual hosts, which was a nice bonus. Big thanks to the Kingpin Chermside crew! We’ll definitely be back.
Sam and his team organized the most fabulous party for our daughter’s birthday. The kids were looked after so well by the party hosts, Lilla and Karzha so the parents were able to also enjoy some relaxing bowling time. Each one from the team managed every little request beautifully, with the party host going beyond the minimal ask. We will surely be back. Thank you team!
I had an amazing birthday party! The package was totally worth the money my parents paid for. My friends and I had an absolute blast. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, especially Lainey, our party host. She was with us throughout the event, patiently explaining the rules and policies.
