Very disappointing experience. We came here for 9mm shooting (as advertised online), but only at payment were we told first-time visitors are not allowed to use 9mm. Neither the website nor the staff informed us beforehand. On top of that, the listed price for .22 was $51, but we were charged $61. The young instructor was rude, dismissive, and very impatient throughout. When I asked if I could explain the rules to my friend in my own language (since his English is limited), I was told I was “not qualified” and warned we might do “stupid” things. While I understand the safety concerns, the way it was communicated felt unprofessional and unnecessarily impatient. After shooting, I asked about 9mm fees, and instead of explaining, the staff told me to check the price list myself. Overall, it felt like they just wanted us to finish quickly and leave. Out of all the shooting ranges I’ve been to, this was the worst experience.
Just came here with my husband. The staff at the shooting range were fantastic really welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. Such a great experience, I’ll definitely be back! Thanks for having us!
