Stopped in here today looking for parts for my marker, ended up leaving with a boatload of new knowledge and equipment. Instead of selling me parts for my current marker, I was pointed in a different direction by the gentleman who worked there. They could have made that money off me, but instead lead me towards getting a new marker, with better performance. I ended up leaving with an empire pod pack and mask, which were discounted. They even threw in a few other things, free of charge to make my experience better. Overall experience was fantastic, and the store was well stocked and cluttered, but in a charming way. Thanks guys!
Today, went into the shop to pick up my marker and the staff are very friendly. He stood there for a solid hour explaining how everything worked and I learned many things. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want proper customer service.
Highly recommended! Always great service and great prices, they are quick to respond to emails and have provided products on short notice. Every time I have been there, staff are friendly and great to talk too. Will keep coming back!
