We had our son's 15th birthday here. We ordered pizza and ate outside undercover. Lots of space for parties. Taylor and her team were amazing. Everything was well organized and safe. We will be booking again next week. Thank you

Gelsoft Australia's refund policy states that refunds are not granted for a change of mind. For pre-paid sessions, a full refund may be issued if cancelled with 72 hours' notice. If cancelled with 24 hours' notice, a game credit may be issued instead. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeiture of the game and/or hire fee, with no refund or credit. For pre-paid event bookings, full payment is required 7 days prior, and failure to pay may lead to cancellation. Customers are liable for third-party costs incurred for events. Unutilized event bookings without prior notification will incur all unpaid booking fees and expenses.

i love this field and the family session, its great, and i had so much fun. There is one problem this field has that is such a cheap fix. ARM BANDS! you can get a 32 pack on amazon for like 60 bucks. It is a must have on the field. I had most the little kids on my team last time and got team killed so many times just because i was on the enemy side flanking. Other than that, amazing field.
Great place to play gel ball. 3 hrs of Fun and exercise for $30 is great value. You'll play 6ish games of 10-15 minutes with a break between each game. Games vary from elimination to capture the flag style. The map changes every few weeks so the games are a little different everytime. There is a gel blaster store next door (closes at 5pm) and they sell treats and drinks although I'd recomend to bring your own cold water and snacks as you will get thirsty and hungry after 3hrs. BYO gel Blaster or hire one of theirs.
Went there for the first time, was pretty fun and a good exercise. The gun was easy to use. Staff looks out for safety. The place is nicely sized, not too big not too small. The play time and rest time is nicely paced. And there’s no points or focus on winning teams so there’s no heavy competitiveness. Just 2 downsides: The Black and Green mask for different teams are quick hard to differentiate in dark areas and from afar. Making it difficult to differentiate the teams. It could be more helpful if the introduction video has captions on as the audio was slightly difficult to hear (But the video is available when you book the ticket which is nice)
