I had an excellent experience at this shop. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping customers choose the right equipment. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood the legal requirements, and emphasised safe handling and responsible ownership throughout the process. The store has a great selection, fair pricing, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or an experienced shooter, you’ll feel well looked after here. Highly recommended! I'm giving them 1 star because there's no option for 0. Most useless staff in existence, they must all be allergic to phones, about 10 times they said they would call me back in relation to an order and never did. I waited 10 weeks for a rifle to rock up when they said it would take 2. Shipping times isn't their fault I'll give them that, but give me an honest answer or tracking number instead of saying I don't know. The laziness and zero work ethic comes from the top down, I would recommend to anyone to stay well clear of this place, its worth to do the much longer drive to Cleavers or The Barn.

Ordered some pistol powder online that showed as in stock back in February. No email receipt confirmation but lucky I had taken a screenshot. Called up to confirm pickup but was told it had been sold but would be back in stock again in a week. Fast forward to May and some more promises of it coming soon, I asked for a refund. Several follow up calls and email up to June and still nothing. Went in store and was told the refund was just processed (no receipt). Several days later and still nothing. I submitted a dispute with the bank. The owner called up and sent a screen shot of a payment to a different account name/number and for a different (lower) amount, on a different day that I attended the store claiming that I had provided the wrong details and that the account they sent to took a fee for the Osko payment (explaining the lower amount). I didn't want to deal with it so just left it to the bank. Lucky they decided for me and I have my money back. Have dealt with this store before without any issues but don't think I'll be going back after this.
