Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made 1-7 days prior to your booking will incur a 100% charge. If you cancel 7-14 days beforehand, a 50% charge applies, or you lose your deposit for private group bookings. Private groups can receive a full deposit refund if cancelling 30 days or more in advance. Rescheduling is permitted for groups outside of a 10-day window. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. We offer flexible rescheduling, credit, or full refunds for cancellations related to COVID-19 issues, including for unwell participants.
