I had a really bad experience at Laserforce Brisbane. While the staff at the start were helpful, everything went downhill the moment Janice, the manager/owner, arrived. She was rude, abrupt, and clearly irritated, and even rushed us during the birthday cake time. Several parents commented on her attitude. We paid for our kids to have fun, not to deal with terrible customer service — especially in a business that caters to children. What started as a great day quickly turned into a disappointing experience because of her behaviour. We won’t be back.

I had a really bad experience at Laserforce Brisbane. While the staff at the start were helpful, everything went downhill the moment Janice, the manager/owner, arrived. I have never experienced anyone with a worst attitude who works with kids.. we had a birthday party for my son with large number of attendees and spent over $1000. We asked to delay the start as some guess had been stuck in the morning traffic and they were accommodating. The party took a turn for the worst when Janice the manager/owner arrived. Janice who is an old cranky lady, arrived after the 4th and final game. She demanded we had to cut the birthday cake now. We asked to borrow a knife and lighter for the cake and she demanded it must be returned straight back. We returned the tables so there was no delay for the next party.. her bad attitude continued when the kids were choosing prizes with their arcade tickets. She told my son when he was choosing "do you want this, Yes or No?" She rushed all the kids as if she wanted us out of the business.. a number of the parents commented how rude she was. It really turned what was a great time to a terrible experience. If you not able manage the stress of an event business get out..
We had our daughter’s birthday party here on the weekend and it could not have gone any better. The kids had a fantastic time! The staff were all excellent and I don’t know how they did such a great job wrangling 17 kids all at once. In addition to having a great time playing Laserforce, the kids also got to try out the new Pixel floor and it was a massive hit. Highly recommended!
Real nostalgia hit. Hasn’t really changed too much since I visited over 10 years ago. Great fun and a surprisingly good workout.
