Avoid this escape room at all costs!!!! We had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. We arrived as they opened, but the staff member was running late. From the moment we arrived, she was unprofessional - complaining that the previous staff member hadn’t set up the rooms, so she had to do it herself. She also made inappropriate jokes, including one about having a spare key and stealing money from our lockers, which made us feel uneasy. Before entering, she warned us not to lick at the walls - again, off-putting. The escape room itself (Flight 427) was located outside, down a dark and sketchy alleyway. When we entered, the countdown had already started, even though we hadn't begun. The room was completely dark - she hadn’t turned on the lights. There were childish wall stickers of trees (like a kindergarten) and just a box in the middle with a single clue on a piece of paper. She told us she’d go back to her desk to turn the lights on... but never did. After standing in complete darkness for a few minutes, we decided this wasn't what we paid for and left. We requested a refund - she gave us part of our money back but kept the deposit. Honestly, this experience was nothing like what was advertised. Total waste of time and money!!

Nice staff member working, helped me and my partner through some challenges. They mentioned the room will be changing. I do hope so as it is old and needs updating. I would go back again for sure

Great fun to do as a family. The Calypso Enterprise room was great fun and challenging for us, and the staff were able to provide a few hints when needed. Online booking process was simple. Highly recommended

Great experience and activity for a team/group/kids or couple! We went as a couple after nice early dinner at the Japanese next door. Cube host was excellent.. very informative and energetic. Her introductions into the room got us excited. Once inside the clues were tough and well thought out. It really gets everyone thinking, collaborating and involved. I’d definitely want to try out the other room they have available.

We have done many many escape rooms and this one was by far one of the most frustrating (and not in a good problem solving way). There was no logic and some were tedious at best. First off, considering the car park is at the back the signage should be better about where the entrance is. You would assume the first door is where to go. Most escape rooms advertise their rooms on their frontage so didn’t think much of it, and accidentally walked in on a team in a room which ruins their experience. The acting from the staff were great when introducing the room, but the rest of their service was extremely poor. Their attitude made it uncomfortable and also left us without help when asked + at the end there was no one there in the lobby so we weren’t too sure what to do. There didn’t seem to be any logic to the order of puzzles and too many going at once. We have no issues going back to prior clues or rooms, but each clue seemed to uncover items for multiple other clues. We felt the “difficulty” was just not knowing whether you had everything to solve the clue. Staff were also getting snippy when we tried to ask questions at the end when they were explaining how to finish. As other people have mentioned, some locks were also difficult to open. If you need that much force to open them, they should probably just be replaced…
