Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made within 7 days of the game date are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. A full refund is available only if the booking was made at least 14 days prior and cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. All cancellations must be submitted via email. Date changes require 20 days' notice and incur a £20 administration fee. No refunds are given for cancellations due to severe weather or other uncontrollable circumstances; alternative dates will be offered. Large group bookings (50+ players) require 3 months' notice for a 50% refund; cancellations within 3 months are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit payment.
