Booking & Cancellation
Paintball UK bookings are generally non-refundable. The only exception for a refund is in the case of a bereavement of an immediate family member within seven days of the event, requiring an application with a death certificate. For bookings paid over the phone (incurring a 6.99% service fee), date changes are possible (subject to availability), and credits are issued for absent players, valid for future bookings. For payments made in person, no changes or credits are offered for non-attendance. If an event is cancelled due to extreme weather or Force Majeure, a credit for the full booking value will be issued for future use instead of a refund.

My sister and brother inlaw had their hen vs stag event booked with the Birmingham centre, it was such a great day. The staff and marshals made it a such memorable occasion, thanks for the day guys....
my son had a lovely time for his birthday celebrations, even his little sister loved the miniball she played, i want to mention Vicky who made sure the booking went on well and explained everything clearly.. we def will be booking in the future
Booking was smooth, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The centre manager on the day was polite and made sure everything ran perfectly. We had an incredible time with the kids and family—highly recommend! Will definitely be back!
