I booked a paintball game for my birthday party last week, my friends nd I had a great time on the game day. Their booking process is very easy nd they provide all the necessary information before you book. The staff at the centre are very friendly, after the games, we even got an extra 30-40 minutes to celebrate the birthday party.
My sister and brother inlaw had their hen vs stag event booked with the Birmingham centre, it was such a great day. The staff and marshals made it a such memorable occasion, thanks for the day guys....

All monies paid for paintball bookings are generally non-refundable. An exception is made for bereavements of immediate family members within seven days of the event, upon application with a death certificate. For bookings made over the phone with a service fee, changes to the date are possible (subject to availability), and credits may be issued for players who fail to attend, allowing them to rebook for a future date without additional payment. If a player fails to attend for bookings not made over the phone, their prepayment and paintballs are forfeited, though credits might be carried forward depending on booking status.

my son had a lovely time for his birthday celebrations, even his little sister loved the miniball she played, i want to mention Vicky who made sure the booking went on well and explained everything clearly.. we def will be booking in the future
Booking was smooth, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The centre manager on the day was polite and made sure everything ran perfectly. We had an incredible time with the kids and family—highly recommend! Will definitely be back!
