Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made within 7 days of the game date are strictly non-refundable. For bookings cancelled more than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued. A full 100% refund is only available if a booking made at least 14 days in advance is cancelled within 24 hours of its original booking time. All cancellations must be communicated via email. For groups of 50 or more players, a 50% refund is possible only if cancelled at least 3 months prior to the event; otherwise, no refund will be given. Events cancelled by the venue due to severe weather or other uncontrollable circumstances will not receive a refund but will be offered alternative dates. No-shows forfeit their payments and any complimentary paintballs. All refunds are at UKPaintball's discretion.

Great staff very friendly and knowledgeable , marshalls were great and fair , we all had a brill day out , 5 of us in my group and we joined a group of 10 was all good fun and a very good workout will be sure to book again at some point
The way the game was curated was fun and the breaks in between were definitely needed. The entire experience was fun and I thoroughly enjoyed myself
I booked for a group of 7 to the 11-15’s afternoon session , we were under the impression that booking this age group would mean they would be with kids of the same age group. Please be aware this is NOT the case they are still out with the adults group. IF you require low impact please call your venue to check what you are getting as this is not clear when booking online. Although we had this misunderstanding the boys still had a great day and thoroughly enjoyed it, The Staff at PPK were brilliant. We will be returning .
