Very friendly crowd and helpful refs/desk people. Casual gameplay and it feels like anyone inexperienced or veteran can walk in and have a fun time. Would recommend

This place is amazing. Really, everything from the people going, to the staff themselves. I went my first time ever a while ago and I brought a fresh-out-the-box/custom painted HK 616 that unfortunately, overshot slightly and I didn’t want to injure anyone so I decided against using it. The ref saw this and lent me his really sweet HPA system. I bought a spring after a few games to fix the overshooting problem and they lent my the facility’s toolkit, and they were all very polite. The ref also put some of the better players on my team because they could tell I wasn’t great lol. They also did the same with the little kids using rentals that same day. Pros: -Great staff and service. -Nice, cool temperatures within the building. -Helpful -They balance the teams fairly well. Cons: -Smaller scale map -No other modes then TDM TL;DR Just as a synopsis. This place is great for beginners and pros alike!

This place is Awesome. I meant Reilly he is a gun tech there. I called Reilly and asked if he could do the work and he said yes come on out. He replaced the spring in my KRYTAC M4. He was very careful and did a great job. The players there are very a Honest and I saw now cheating while us was there getting my rifle worked on. I did get the name of the guy that sold me the CTHULHU I want to thank him too.

Had so much fun. Came with a large group and we were able to all have fun collectively. Arena was real close quarters. Staff was amazing and real friendly. They made us feel welcomed and ensure that we had fun, even tho we were beginners.

To summarize before going into detail, the employees were terrible, the players were terrible, the experience was terrible, and the layout of the arena was terrible. Employees: We got some random high schooler with long hair looking like they got done listening to a whole Frank Ocean album, staring at you and barely even answering when spoken to. One of the other guys wasn’t bad, but man, who jokes around after someone got badly injured right in front of their face. Last guy was the person who supervised the arena, all bro did was vape and smoke in there mid game, not even looking for hits or anything. Hes just pure cosmetic. Players: I know it’s hard to manage players, and I don’t blame the employees too much on this, but the people that go here are idiots that need to be banned. We got people here bum rushing with pistols and lighting you up point blank every game even though it’s obvious they hit me, someone shooting my partner FACE distance and leaving the place immediately after making him bleed heavily, and people too scared to push up because the ref doesn’t know how to regulate anything or even up teams so that it’s not all sweats on one team and new players on the other. Experience: It’s way too hot, I know it’s a warehouse but you get drenched no matter what when you’re playing. That aside, this place is a safety hazard if you’re new to airsoft or just casual. A friend got shot in the neck, it happens, at least the guy who shot him was really chill and apologized so props to that guy, you’re awesome. Though, my partner got shot point blank and had to leave the game, walking 3 minutes over to the far away bathroom with (and I do not exaggerate this) a stream of BLOOD following him across the arena. A player shot him point blank and no one cared, the employees and players just laughed about the situation and the coward player who shot him left because he was too scared to even apologize or face the repercussions. Y’all were so focused on being annoyed to have to clean up after a mess. Your ref that was faded out of his mind looked lost, bro needs to put down the vape and at least do something. It was my partners first game of the day and he only shot out 3 rounds and couldn’t get a refund back. I get it, you can’t just start giving out refunds to people who get injured, it’s airsoft; however, it was his literal first game and dude was leaving a trail of blood behind him. Either enforce a bang bang rule, fix the layout that I hear everyone complaining about, or start giving out refunds for obvious safety hazards. Layout: the obstacles are wayyyyyyyy too close together on the sides and extremely open in the middle. If you guys don’t enforce/have a bang bang rule, why am I forced to shoot someone point blank with such a close layout.
