Even if you subtract the fact that the main way to access this place is up a bunch of stairs in my opinion this is a sad example of an arcade. Some games didnt work. Some were playable but glitched. Very few games to chose from for any age group. Lack of games with decent tickets available. Prize section was reasonable ill give credit to that. You would be better off at the other arcade in the area or the one on grand island or the dave and busters at walden galeria.
We had an unforgettable time at this amazing arcade near Niagara Falls! From the moment we walked in, the vibrant lighting and high-tech games got all of us—especially the kids—excited. A huge shoutout to Cesur and Matthew, who provided top-notch service and made us feel so welcome. They were patient, kind, and super helpful throughout our visit. The highlight for us was the VR experience with 360° rotation—it was absolutely thrilling! My kids couldn’t get enough of it, and I even tried it myself. It was so realistic and fun that it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. The variety of games, from racing simulators to air hockey and futuristic shooting games, made sure there was something for everyone. This place is not just another arcade—it’s a memory-making zone. Whether you’re traveling with family or just looking for some fun in the area, don’t miss this gem when you’re in Niagara Falls. We’ll definitely be back! Excellent place.

Had my son’s 13th here in Jan 2025. He said it was his best birthday ever! The location was clean and had (paid) parking. The staff was super nice and very attentive. The party package was semi pricey but honestly very worth it. The only thing is that when it’s very busy, they could use more staff because they need to be there for all of the VR games, but they were clearly doing their best as a rush came in, and we didn’t have to wait long when we were waiting. The VR is very cool, very immersive. We will absolutely be visiting again, everyone had a blast!
I'm looking forward to my next visit as this was a very decent arcade sadly the Dark Ride wasn't operational on my visit but maybe next time. As for the rest of the place as a whole it was very clean and the staff we're very friendly and helpful as one of the ski machines broke down during my play and they quickly fixed it and got me another game started right away.
January 2023: Visiting the Falls with the family for the Lunar New Year, and decided to give this place a shot. Located on the 3rd floor, this is sort of a hidden treasure that does not stand out to potential customers. The only way I found out about it was through the parking receipt, which offered a complimentary $10 coupon. Pros: * Fun, exciting space to entertain the family. * It is like a Dave & Busters except with an all digital ticketing system. Customers load their cards with money at the counter and then play via tapping their cards at their desired game. The tickets won at the end of each round of play will automatically load onto the card. * New VR gaming that looks awesome. * The staff is super friendly and worked with us to get the prizes that the kids really wanted with their ticket amounts. Cons: * We wanted to do the VR games, but there were only 2 people working, which was not enough for the number of people that started pouring in on an afternoon. Ultimately, we passed on the opportunity due to the long wait time. In hindsight, we should have done the VR gaming when we first arrived because there were very few customers at that time. * The digital ticketing system would accumulate and provide false positives. It took me a few times to figure out what was going on. For example, we played a game and won 40 tickets. We decided to play it again and won another 40 tickets. However, the display shows 80 tickets won. It got kinda confusing for the kids who thought that they won more tickets than they actually did. An improvement for the system would be to display the tickets won for the round along with a separate line for total tickets on the card.
