Booking & Cancellation
The Shatter House has a specific cancellation policy regarding deposits and group bookings. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session. For large parties or birthday bookings, a longer notice period of one week is required to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Additionally, a $20 fee per person will be charged if a group of 5 or more arrives with fewer participants than booked, without prior notification.

We've been going as often as possible and it's a great experience, the owner is absolutely amazing to sit and chat with afterwards and I've never been disappointed in an experience there! The snakes are the gentlest and sweetest too, definitely a nice cool down period to hangout with them after a rage room:)
I had an absolutely amazing time at The Shatter House in Belleville! The whole experience was so much fun — it felt incredible to let loose and just smash things in a safe, well-organized environment. The space was clean, easy to navigate, and set up perfectly for a great time. The owner was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can really tell they care about making sure everyone has a great time. The owner (Dakota) even wrote the name of my ex (the reason we chose to come to a rage room) on some of the items that were left in the room, as well let me bring in a small bag of items to smash which was great! I left feeling refreshed and smiling from ear to ear — I’d 100% recommend this to anyone looking to blow off some steam or try something new!
The owner was absolutely amazing. She was lots of fun to chat with. She took us as a walk-in and had the room set up and ready very quickly. Lots of items to smash and break. And the add ons were well worth it. And the snakes were cool too. Had a blast. Will definitely come back if I'm ever in Belleville
