Booking & Cancellation
Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary based on event type and group size. For Casual Events, 2-10 people require 48 hours notice, 11-15 people require 7 days notice, and 16+ people require 14 days notice to avoid deposit forfeiture. For Premium Events, groups of 1-24 people need 14 days notice for a deposit refund or transfer, while groups of 25+ require 60 days notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and for Premium Events, may incur a charge of 100% of the minimum group size if cancelled within the notice period.

I have been to the Newmarket location multiple Times and every time we go we △⃒⃘lways have a blast ! Staff are great games are fun and everyone △⃒⃘lways has a blast ! Highly recommend !
Great to try something new with the boys. Staff down here were brilliant, very low key stag do with some older guys- where booze wasn’t the focal point, couldn’t have asked for a better day out. Everyone enjoyed the hour we had, Well priced, will be taking the nephews here when I’m back Newmarket way. Cheers to everyone who made this a great day
