He gave me plenty of options and let me take my time to check out everything before making a decision. I originally went in for a pistol and ended up leaving with both a pistol and a rifle! They have a wide selection and tons of choices to pick from. Great experience overall. Air soft/Air guns 💪

Terrible Experience – Still No Resolution After 6 Months I purchased a gun from this store and started facing issues just two days after buying it. Though they initially fixed a magazine issue, the gun had another problem just 15 days in, and I had to return it for repairs in November. They mentioned it would take 1–2 months as they were waiting for parts from Vietnam. It’s now been 6 months, and I still haven’t received my gun back. I’ve spent approximately $400, including accessories, and I haven't been able to use it at all for arena purposes. Despite multiple follow-ups, every time I call, they just say it will be fixed soon – but nothing has changed. I even reached out to their headquarters, who admitted they are having a dispute with the manufacturer and are unable to fix it. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would appreciate any assistance in getting my gun back or proper resolution.
I cannot even put into words how wonderful the staff and store is. Chris is absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind and considerate. They’ve been absolutely amazing in terms of service and have gone above and beyond for me. I cannot put into words how excellent they are and recommend with the utmost respect Badlands to new and veteran players alike.
My first purchase was easy. Ordered online after searching through many online reviews. This model was the perfect entry level purchase. It operates great. Feels awesome to hold. I love how the flip sights are sturdy when deployed. The rails give me do many options for accessories. I was concerned when shipping was slightly delayed, although it is Christmas season. Customer service got back to me quickly. I'm confident my entry into this sport will be the experience of a lifetime. And knowing I have a solid supplier I can trust makes that even better. I bought most everything I need to play around, and I know they have the next level gear to improve my passion of shooting. The huge selection, quality advice and availability of customer support shows the success of this business. I'll keep coming back. Do your research, ask questions.
