VRXtra's cancellation policy depends on the notice provided. For a full refund to your original payment method or a gift card, you must cancel with 48+ hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will receive full credit as a VRXtra Gift Card. No monetary refund is provided for cancellations with less than 2 hours notice or for no-shows (20 minutes past start time without communication). Rescheduling is permitted up to twice, but a 10% fee may apply for changes made less than 24 hours before the event. Gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

Amazing Christmas escape room so many games to choice from in free roam
Staff is so friendly and helpful! Games are super fun, especially the free roaming ones. Great for date night or family night!
We did the Alice in wonderland! We got out in 51 minutes! It was so fun!! We are doing the Christmas one next! The perfect Christmas present!
