Timezone Chatswood has been our go-to arcade. The place is full of fun games. The attendant Bailey has been helpful and friendly to us. Keep it up!

This Timezone is conveniently located on level 6 within Westfield Chatswood. It is easily accessible by bus, train, or metro. Key highlights for me: - This outlet has some amazing staff but not all. Special shout outs go to the super friendly and helpful staff members of Mikayla, Jet and Bailey. They have amazing customer service skills, friendly, helpful, and very clearly hardworking. Anna is also very friendly and helpful. They really make each visit to this venue welcoming and enjoyable. - Love the fact that this venue is a redemption venue for Popmart items. Hopefully, they are able to get more constant Popmart items for redemption as at a point in time, it was over 13 months that there were no Popmart items to redeem, and staff could not order in or when other Timezone venues could have stock. This is despite being advertised on the Timezone website as a Popmart redemption site. - The new gaming machines for car and motorbike racing rocks! Also, love the new claw machines at the back of the venue but do wish that there were better selection of items to claw and more frequent changes of items within the claw machines. What is missing to be a 5 star rating for me: - There are game machines that do not get fixed properly by the technician. E.g. the Taj Mahal, where it constantly breaks down for an extended period or even when it gets fixed, it breaks down within days. Or the air hockey doesn't have enough air for proper smooth play. - While they venue has a lot of kids patronising over the weekends or school holidays, this outlet needs to have a better selection for kidadults or slightly older patrons than young kids. At times, too, some items available for redemption can be there for many months. - Gaming machines are switched off 10 to 15 mins before closing time. - I would love to see Timezone keep up introducing new gaming machines for this outlet to keep it interesting. The same goes for prizes in the claw machines to maintain interest of patrons for this Timezone outlet. - When it storms or there is heavy rain, the staff have to switch off the claw machines at the back as the water seeps through the cracks in the glass. It is quite unfortunate that Westfield Chatswood has not addressed this issue as this has happened a few times. Regardless of some drawbacks and wishes, this is a Timezone outlet I enjoy coming to. Worth checking out if you haven't been before.

Hello, this store smelt like urine and body odour. The smell was pungent and really bad in the toy and lolly section so much so the smell penetrated through the stuffed toys and lollies. As soon as you enter the store, the smell hits you. The smell of urine was so strong and disgusting and it's definitely a health violation. I told the girl working there and she said she knows but did nothing. I called centre management and they are reporting it but not doing anything about it. They have a cafe and food eating area but are using it as a storage area in the middle of timezone. They are not making food, coffee or drinks at all. Just using it as a storage place - in the middle of the store! These boxes are stacked so high that they're taller than me. I've got photos. It's dangerous having heavy boxes stacked higher than an adult that can topple onto a child. The boxes are everywhere, stacked high on tables high on the floor they could definitely injure a 3 year old. I've got photos too but it won't allow me to attach so I'd like an email I can send these pictures to. There was 2 worker a man and a girl. The man was very lazy he sat there on his phone scrolling while the girl did everything. I went to the guy to ask him to put points on my son's card and he says nothing looks at us, looks at the girl staff member and she rushes over to do the points. He literally does nothing except scrolling on his phone.. But I'm sure you have security cameras in the store so you will see it, especially at the till
