Amazing experience! Well run, with friendly and fun staff. The puzzles were great, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Since escape rooms aren’t a cheap outing, it was fabulous to see such a well-maintained operation. Unlike many in Sydney CBD that feel old and dusty with worn-out game items, this one felt fresh and cared for. Definitely a 10/10, and I’ll be bacK
We went as a family of 4 with 2 teen kids. A really fun experience where we could work together and problem solve and share ideas. We did the Paris room as it looked the least scary and it was rated the easiest to complete. Tim was our Concierge and he was very helpful and gave us great advice. We really appreciated that little bit of extra time and a push to move faster. We would go again, or our kids will bring their friends. Thanks for a fun family activity

The puzzles were neither too easy nor so hard that they made you want to turn it into a rage room. They were fun, manageble, and fit perfectly with the theme of the room. Our game master Tim was supportive and entertaining, encouraging us to keep working on puzzles we were making good progress on, and his hints managed to guide us to the proper solution without giving too much away. The whole family enjoyed themselves.
Ali and Mark were lovely hosts; they were very easy-going and accommodating. Called same day to enquire about a later booking time that was not available on the website, and was kindly assisted by Mark who gave us a custom time slot. The room itself was very challenging and well thought out - will definitely be back to have a crack at all the other rooms! Highly recommend - great fun and even better people.
We had the most incredible time at the Ransom Room escape room! From start to finish, it was thrilling, immersive, and so much fun. What truly made the experience exceptional was Mark – he was absolutely phenomenal. Kind, patient, and genuinely passionate, Mark guided us with just the right balance of hints and encouragement. He made us feel completely at ease and truly enhanced the whole adventure. This was by far the best escape room experience we’ve ever had, and it’s all thanks to the amazing atmosphere and Mark’s incredible hosting. If you’re looking for something fun, challenging, and memorable to do – you HAVE to check this place out. Ask for Mark – you won’t regret it!
