For paid-in-full purchases, cancellations made within 4 weeks of purchase are subject to a 30% restocking fee. After this period, no refunds are available. Lay-bys cancelled after 7 days incur a 30% surcharge, and lay-bys held for over a month without prior arrangement will be cancelled with no refund. Special order items are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Awesome staff and very helpful. Bought a few rifles from them and is always a smooth transaction. Favourite gun shop for sure
The worst Customer Service. Bought a few Items before Christmas, and wanted to return it after. They said they don’t do returns for items that had a discount on them..( no mention of that when i purchased it). So basically all the Items that were on discount before Christmas couldn’t be returned or exchanged! What a way to rip OFF ! Do yourself a favor and don’t buy there.
Great service. Zac and his wife are very knowledgeable in the products they sell, and have been pleasant to deal with. Keep up the good work guys.
