Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@hittingtargets.com.au. For private group events, cancellations 14 days or less from the session date forfeit the deposit. Cancellations prior to 14 days incur a 20% handling fee, with the remaining deposit refunded. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a 20% rebooking fee. For public group sessions, cancellation within 48 hours forfeits your voucher; prior to 48 hours, bookings can be postponed or rebooked for various reasons including illness. No-shows or late arrivals forfeit their experience. Hitting Targets reserves the right to cancel events due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, offering rebooking or refunds (third-party bookings must seek refunds from the vendor).

Suzy was a great coach and helped us through every aspect of shooting. We were even lucky enough to leave with our own souvenir signed clay target!! Highly recommend hitting targets. You will certainly hit one!
Great birthday gift for my partner. We loved the experience particularly the shootout against each other. Suzy is a very professional coach! She gave us a lot of guidance on aim and posture, making it easier and more enjoyable as beginners. Topped it off with a souvenir. Highly recommended =)
