Just tried the avalanche themed room. It was quite the challenge and Riley was a phenomenal host. He was helpful and patient and made the experience well worth the time. Definitely plan to come back and do the other rooms. Hightly recommend the room and working with him.
So I ordered a Groupon and went to book our reservation and messed up the date. We are visiting out of town and I thought they had availability for Sunday when it was actually Monday. I called and the gentleman was super nice and was kind enough to open a new slot so we could get in on our last day here! He didn’t rush us, stayed late and was beyond friendly! I definitely recommend this place, the game was super fun and I can’t wait to come back and do another one! A huge thank you from a party of 6!

Escape room was a little too pricey for the overall quality of the room. We had a group of 4 in the Atlantis room and finished it with over 25 minutes to spare. It felt kind of like the room was too short and could have had a lot more puzzles to figure out before the end. Some of the puzzle mechanics didn’t work the first time or the second so we had to get a clue from the iPad and then it said to do exactly what we tried however when we tried it again it worked? Not sure what was going on there. We did have fun overall for the 35 minutes we were in the room, we all just wished it was longer. Maybe we will try a harder room next time!?
Game was set up totally incorrectly, the two main puzzles in the room did not work for us. Administrator did not apologize or offer a refund. I had some no-shows, no refund and not even permission to apply paid-for bookings to another day or time. My friends told me to expect a much better experience at other places. The only plus was that the puzzles in the excape room were inventive. Recommend against this place!
