How do I book a session?

You can book online through our website. Reservations are required for Monday-Thursday, while walk-ins are welcome Friday-Sunday. A non-refundable deposit is needed at booking, with the balance due at the event.

What are the age requirements for participation?

For art experiences, children under 12 need a guardian, while those 12 and older can participate alone. For rage room experiences, participants must be 18 years or older.

What should I wear for my visit?

Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. We recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting paint on, as we provide coveralls but spills can happen.

How long do sessions typically last?

Art experiences are 45 minutes. Rage room sessions can be 30 or 45 minutes, depending on your reservation. Spin Art sessions are 1 hour.

Can I bring my own food, drinks, or alcohol?

You can bring your own catering and alcohol for private groups, but rage rooms are not available during BYOB events. We also sell soft drinks and snacks.

What is your policy on cancellations and refunds?

We do not offer refunds. However, with booking insurance, you can reschedule your session or receive a credit for a future booking. Without booking insurance, a $5 re-booking fee applies for reservation changes.

Are instructors available to help during the activities?

Yes, instructors are provided for each activity and are available to offer assistance as needed.

Do you offer discounts for groups or special occasions?

Yes, non-profit organizations and large groups can contact us via email for information on discounted rates.
