Breakthrough Smash Room offers a clear cancellation policy. Customers can receive a full refund or credit if they cancel at least 48 hours before their scheduled session. The venue also provides a full refund or credit if they have to cancel an event due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, guests have the option to reschedule their booking for a different date and time or receive a gift card equivalent to their original booking amount. It's important to note that no-shows will be charged the full price of their session. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, customers should contact the venue by phone.

What an amazing experience! Stephanie who was the one who assisted us was beyond helpful and supportive as we just lost our fur baby unexpectedly 😔. The feeling I had when I walked in was not the same when I left! I released something from my soul in the 45 minutes we were there. Thank you for having this as another option of dealing with pain and hurt
5/5 – A Smashing Good Time! I had such a great experience at Breakthrough Smash Room! The employees were kind, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable about how everything works. The space was super clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better. This was honestly such a fun and therapeutic way to let out emotions. You get to blast your own music, gear up in a face shield and jumper for safety, and just smash. It was perfect for our girls night—something unique, a little wild, and a lot of fun! I also appreciated that they offer different pricing packages and add-ons, and you can even bring your own items to break if you want. Overall, a really cool concept that’s well-executed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relieve stress or just do something out of the ordinary!

The gear they provide - gloves, suits, face shields - lets you go all in without worrying, which is kind of the point.
